BAGEL BROS CAFE the beginning...

The owners originally from Staten Island & Long Island New York, wanted to ditch the snow for sunshine and headed south to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2006 and 2001

Partner Ruben Luster bought his first bagel store called, The Bagel Factory. After great success he and his family opened several other locations along the Grand Strand. Rose has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years working and owning over a dozen locations. Both having tremendous background in the restaurant business, decided to partner and expand the bagel business starting in Central Florida.

In the summer of 2020, they launched a new brand called, Bagel Brothers Café. Their first location opened in August 2020 in Clermont Florida.

Bagel Brothers Cafe prides itself on having HOT and FRESH bagels daily. They also make several specialty cream cheeses in house to compliment the delicious bagels. Omelets, pancakes, French toast, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, burgers, quesadillas, salads, soups, and desserts round out the rest of the menu.
